Job Summary
Lead end-to-end BI and ETL delivery, owning requirements through production support. Drive on-prem to AWS migration of data workflows, design robust Pentaho ETL processes, and develop Qlik Sense/Tableau dashboards with automated validation. Manage stakeholder expectations, mentor junior team members, and implement governance with metadata and data quality controls. Leverage SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL expertise for performance tuning, while building scalable, low-touch data integration solutions and contributing to cloud-modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years hands-on experience in ETL development and BI/reporting delivery
- Strong experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server in enterprise environments
- Advanced SQL and query optimization skills in T-SQL and/or PL/SQL
- BI solutions using Qlik Sense and/or Tableau, including dashboard development and data validation
- On-premises to AWS migration for data workflows with design, operations, and risk controls
- Unix/Linux proficiency, including shell scripting to automate/workflow scheduling
- Strong ownership and execution skills with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
