Job Summary
Audit quality across Claims, Customer Service, New Business, Underwriting, and Policy Services; conduct daily quality audits, identify trends and improvements; analyze and report findings; develop and enhance Quality Audit Program; collaborate cross-functionally to support quality initiatives and operational improvements; requires active listening, critical thinking, effective communication, organizational skills, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a Quality Audit, Operations, Compliance, or related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to adapt to changing business processes and operational needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Comfortable working with databases, reporting systems, and technology tools to record and analyze audit results
