Job Summary
Operations Associate role in Stockholm: perform varied and repetitive warehouse/inventory tasks, quality inspection, data entry using basic metrology instruments (weight scale, ruler); document and communicate issues for corrective action; maintain clean and organized work area; manage daily inventory usage and accuracy; receive, count, inspect, and report shipment inventory; escalate quality/logistic issues affecting fulfillment; assist cross-functional teams to meet production schedules; may require extended hours and lifting up to 15 kg; occasional travel to other Yubico offices, customer sites, conferences, and company functions; on-site in Stockholm office. Familiarity with Google Workspaces and NetSuite, quality control for physical products, and a continuous improvement mindset are valued; course study in science/math/engineering or manufacturing is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspaces and NetSuite
- Knowledge of quality control for physical products
- Attention to detail
- Discipline to follow security and privacy practices
- Course study in science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, manufacturing or related field is a bonus
