Operations Associate (VIP Guest Services) - PS DFW

Operations Associate VIP Guest Services responsible for escorting and driving on the airfield, coordinating with airline partners at terminal gates, and delivering luxury hospitality experiences for PS guests. Duties include greeting guests at airport gates, handling luggage up to 70 lbs, providing security/immigration assistance, operating luxury vehicles on the airfield, and servicing high-profile clients with white-glove care. The role requires reservation mastery, guest relations, and collaboration with airline partners; training is provided with an 8-week program and ongoing leadership support. Candidates must have US work authorization, pass pre-employment background checks and TSA/CBP clearance, be able to lift/push up to 100 lbs where applicable, and maintain an open schedule including weekends, holidays, and various shift times.
