Job Summary
Operations Associate VIP Guest Services at PS ATL will deliver luxury hospitality and personalized service, escorting and driving on the airfield, coordinating with airline partners at terminal gates, luggage handling up to 100 lbs, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include reservation mastery, warm welcomes at gates or arrivals, brand representation with airline partners, luggage concierge per airline agreements, and assisting with security/immigration procedures. The role requires open availability for 8-hour shifts, completion of an 8-week training program, and compliance with background checks, TSA/CBP clearance, and work authorization in the United States. The position emphasizes high-end client service, operating luxury vehicles on restricted airfields, and adapting to a dynamic, 24-hour facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED
- Driver's License in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry-related leadership role preferred.
