Job Summary
The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting daily retail store and warehouse operations, including cashiering and processing transactions, handling returns, maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, and operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Responsibilities also include delivering Non-CDL company trucks for customer deliveries, maintaining store/warehouse housekeeping, cutting keys, and mixing paint, while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to safety policies. Requires ability to lift 80 lbs+ and a valid driver’s license; travel up to 10% for deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities
- Ability to lift 80 lbs or more safely
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
