Organize with the team to set up for success and beat targets while managing and training fellow associates on the floor for quality and speed. Work closely with the rest of the operations team to support fast growth and expansion during the launch of the third German Upcenter. Contribute to the mission of refurbishing over a million German e-bikes by building the most efficient, highest-quality, and safest operation at scale.
