Job Summary
Maintain boutique operations and profitability by receiving and managing merchandise inventory in a timely, organized manner. Ensure permanent accuracy of stock through weekly and monthly cycle counts while supervising impeccable stockroom and on-the-floor organization. Control deliveries from the central warehouse, manage the boutique email inbox for stock transfers, and organize end-of-season returns. Support the sales floor, attend morning team briefings, and share operational updates with the finance team. Update operating procedures for stocks and cash desks, complete supply orders, and ensure compliance with Richemont processes. Available to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to sit down and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to unpack and lift up to 20lb boxes regularly
- Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves
- Bending to access product stored within cabinets
- Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product
- Available to work weekends and holidays
