Job Summary
Be the first point of call for analysts with system or workflow-related questions and collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve system-related issues. Test system workflows and enhancements, contribute to the system knowledge base, and incorporate AI usage in daily work to increase productivity. Encourage and support efficient and compliant best practices while ensuring procedures meet user needs and regulatory requirements. This role supports the analytical teams within Fitch Ratings' Ratings Operations Support function in Monterrey, fostering consistency and standardization across the rating process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- A strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Highly self-motivated, strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with analytical, IT and operations teams
- A quick learner with excellent attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience working within a support team who is used to handling system inquiries and solving problems
