Job Summary
Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink while investigating root causes of discrepancies. Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment. Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and champion stockroom processes to ensure a safe, efficient environment. Move dynamically across the retail floor to assess business needs, fulfill guest requests, and resolve client issues quickly. Execute company-level directives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager to drive profitability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
- Part-Time associates are expected to work up to 29 hours per week
- Full-Time associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week
- 100% of their work week in operations and floor support
- All employees' availability must suit the needs of the business
- All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of and including Black Friday until the end of the holiday season
- All Employees are expected to be able to work the first week of January
- Must be able to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Must be able to work from the week of and including Black Friday until the end of the holiday season
