Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Via Roma, Florence

Operations Associate for a part-time role at ALO Yoga in Florence (Via Roma). Responsibilities include inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, investigating inventory issues with the GM, handling shipment/receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor. Collaborates with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead, supports stockroom processes, product flow, and cross-functional needs (Sales & Service, Cashier). Uses metrics to support business-driving strategies, and ensures customer satisfaction by addressing client needs. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand/move for an entire shift, with proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.
