Job Summary
Operations Associate at Sephora drives smooth in-store operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to support an exceptional client experience. Qualifications include 1-2 years in a retail/hospitality/client-focused setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
