Job Summary
Operations Associate at Sephora in Boston store. You’ll support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising to maintain Sephora’s brand standards. You’ll deliver exceptional client experiences, contribute to achieving sales goals, promote inclusivity and teamwork, and help uphold policies for a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment. Flexible scheduling requires availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) with defined weekly hours for Full Time, Part Time, and Flex shifts. Strong organizational skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are important.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Ability to support outstanding client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
