Job Summary
Operations Associate at Sephora responsible for inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising to support an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include ensuring operational standards, assisting with promotional setups and event execution, delivering outstanding customer service to achieve sales goals, promoting a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, and upholding Sephora standards and store policies. Flexible scheduling with defined weekly hours across Part Time (15-29 hrs/week), Full Time (30-40 hrs/week), and Flex (4-14 hrs/week); must be available during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Ability to support outstanding client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
