Job Summary
Operations Associate at ALO in Amsterdam (Part-Time) responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through inventory accuracy, shipment/receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and maintaining strong visual standards. Collaborates across teams (Operations & Visual Manager, General Manager, Operations Lead) to execute company directives, resolve inventory issues, support customer service and store operations, and ensure a safe, high-energy environment. Key duties include reducing shrink, handling stockroom processes, processing shipments, merchandising, using metrics to inform decisions, and assisting Sales & Service and Cashier as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends, and valid right-to-work in the country.
