Operations Associate (Part-Time) - K11 Musea

Part-Time Operations Associate responsible for driving profitability and efficiency in the new K11 location in Hong Kong. Key duties include executing inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, investigating accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager, handling shipment/receiving/reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment and floor set updates, maintaining visual standards, coordinating with reporting/budgets/inventory control/vendors/facilities, ensuring a safe work environment, moving dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs, executing company-level operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team, processing shipments and product flow, supporting visual merchandising and daily replenishment, leveraging metrics to drive business strategies, resolving client needs to ensure customer satisfaction, and communicating inventory needs to meet business goals. Roles involve constant movement in-store and back of house, with occasional additional tasks to maintain an inviting and efficient store environment.
