Job Summary
Part-Time Operations Associate based on-site in Brooklyn, NY, reporting to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include accurately processing customer orders, following opening and closing procedures for the assigned work area, maintaining location equipment, troubleshooting basic technical issues, promptly escalating issues to the on-duty supervisor, adhering to operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency, and, if applicable, supporting the retail store with transactions, inventory oversight, organization, and store cleanliness. Assist with special projects as required. Requirements include a high school degree or equivalent, minimum age 18, flexible hours including potential extended shifts and weekends/holidays, experience in fast-paced environments, a self-starter mentality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation is an hourly rate of $19 plus benefits as listed."
