Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Hong Kong

Job Summary
Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink while investigating root causes of discrepancies. Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and daily replenishment. Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and champion stockroom safety protocols. Move dynamically across the retail floor to assess business needs, fulfill guest requests, and resolve client issues quickly. Identify product concerns and communicate inventory requirements to support business goals. Work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate projects and ensure efficient store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving items of up to approximately 10-15kg, in a safe manner
- Ability to carry out physical duties associated with a retail environment, including bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders where required
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during a shift
- Employees are scheduled to work in accordance with a roster determined by the Company, based on operational requirements. This may include weekends and public holidays.
- Employees are expected to demonstrate flexibility in their availability and support key peak trading periods, promotional events, and seasonal demands as required by the business.
