Job Summary
Operations Associate to manage day-to-day client journey for North American account base; coordinate with Account Managers, Copywriters, Post-Production and Technical Teams; oversee project management of all creative aspects of the client journey; liaise with Copy, Post-Production, Music and Voice teams to develop client audio branding productions; ensure implementations and resolve outstanding cases with Technical Teams; contact clients after email campaigns to ascertain update requirements; support with searching for additional business opportunities within the client base; respond to client queries promptly and proactively coordinate with internal departments; conduct audio branding quality check calls with clients and troubleshoot as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
