Job Summary
Process a variety of monetary and non-monetary tasks and transactions, including account maintenance, verification, reconciliations, complex account transactions, and resolution of exception items. Provide support to internal and external customers, cross-train on other team duties, and furnish information to authorized persons. Maintain proficient knowledge of company policies and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, adhering to internal controls and focusing on risk and fraud mitigation. Uphold service level standards under normal conditions and assist with new employee training and onboarding. Deliver high-quality work in a friendly, fast-paced environment while following established procedures to impact customer accounts and bank reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow procedures and interrogate data
- Basic organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
