Job Summary

Manage the school-wide calendar, including key events, testing windows, and deadlines. Co-lead student experiences such as spirit days, assemblies, and convocations. Oversee school facilities in coordination with custodial and maintenance teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness. Manage daily lunch duty coverage, including supervision assignments and cafeteria flow. Create and maintain a strategic and functional school schedule, including coverage and adjustments. Design and manage arrival and dismissal procedures to ensure efficiency and student safety. Plan and execute all student trips, including logistics, chaperones, and transportation. Lead new staff onboarding related to operational systems and expectations. Coordinate school-based testing logistics and manage supplemental time systems. Lead enrollment and registration processes and monitor attendance data for compliance. Co-support Culture & Climate initiatives and manage documentation for HIB reports and suspensions. Coordinate emergency preparedness, respond to parent concerns, and administer student surveys. Ensure bulletin boards are current and manage technology deployment and inventory. Other duties, as assigned by the Principal.
