Job Summary
Perform administrative, operations, and clerical duties to ensure efficient operations of the Margin Department. Responsibilities include processing check requests, maintaining daily cashiering files, ensuring adherence to compliance policies, and assisting other associates as needed. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, general knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or comparable work experience
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to operate a PC, telephone, copier, and scanner
- Familiar with the back-office computer system
- Basic math skills and knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong human relation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Familiar with the office staff and organizational structure
- Ability to work in a computerized work environment
- Working knowledge of compliance policies and procedures
