Job Summary
Assist customers with the car rental process, including Express Drive support, arrival check-in, vehicle assignment, and return processing. Prepare rental vehicles for drivers by fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and plates, conducting inspections, and managing compliance documents. Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily operations while flagging issues to the Operations Lead and partners. Uphold high service standards as an ambassador for the Lyft brand while resolving challenges and driving team goals. This on-site role in Wheat Ridge, CO supports the Express Drive Program, offering Lyft drivers flexible access to vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role like retail, technical support or hospitality
- Familiarity with the Wheat Ridge area
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
