Job Summary
Assist customers with the Express Drive rental process, including arrival check-in, vehicle assignment, and return processing. Prepare rental vehicles for drivers by fueling, cleaning, installing telematics, and conducting fleet inspections. Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily operations while flagging issues to the Operations Lead. Uphold high service standards as an ambassador for the Lyft brand in the Phoenix area. This on-site role supports Lyft's mission to connect drivers with vehicles through our flexible subscription program.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role like retail, technical support or hospitality
- Familiarity with the Phoenix area
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
