Job Summary
Operate across both sides of a two-sided allied health marketplace in Australia to recruit, onboard, and manage providers while also designing and executing user acquisition strategies. Own end-to-end provider recruitment, create and optimise the provider value proposition, build provider-side analytics (activation, churn, and lifetime value), and map the user journey to improve conversion and retention. Engage directly with users, coordinators, and community organisations as the face of the company on the ground. Synthesize insights from data and stakeholder conversations into clear, actionable recommendations, and run multiple workstreams with minimal oversight in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience at management consulting, private equity, investment banking, leading technology company, or other fast-paced environments
- First-principles problem solving
- Data-driven decision making
- Program and project management expertise
- Natural relationship-builder; excellent communication across diverse audiences
