Operations Associate - Japanese Speaker

Job Summary
Operations Associate role supporting Japan Operations with global teams; requires living in Latin America and bilingual English/Japanese. Responsibilities include preparing and filing forms, updating logs and orders, analyzing operations for improvement, handling office needs, coordinating vendor communications, scheduling meetings, providing support to the Operations manager, communicating with logistics partners, and daily tracking of shipments in the inventory system. Candidate should have strong data-entry and MS Excel skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work across time zones with a hands-on, collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be living in Latin America
- Must be bilingual with fluency in English and especially Japanese (Written and Verbal)
- Hands on attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high energy, team spirited, Collaboration and Open mind
- Detail-oriented and accurate (Data Entry Skills, Data Processing Skills, Reporting Skills, Analytical Skills)
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledgeable and efficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Previous experience in retail & logistics (WMS) is ideal
- Availability to work with different time zones
