Job Summary
Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information. Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly. Step in to support various operational projects as they arise. This full-time role requires flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including weekends and holidays. The US hourly rate is $19.00 plus benefits. A gaming license may be required as a condition of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
