Operations Associate - Inventory Control

Job Summary
Operate in Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy and quality of materials received. Analyze inventory, execute daily/weekly/monthly reports, audit high-profile customer orders for accuracy, support management and other departments, investigate and resolve order/inventory discrepancies, and collaborate with warehouse staff to meet quality goals. Requires Excel proficiency, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and 2+ years in operations/quality-control environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. This role may be part of a union.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- 2 years+ in Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment required
- Experience working with a warehouse management system
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of other applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to follow established processes
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
