Operations Associate - Industrial Distribution

Performs core warehouse functions (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping) and manufactures hose assemblies. Responsibilities include inventory management, cycle counting, stock replenishment, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company standards. Essential duties include assembling and testing high- and low-pressure hose assemblies to specifications, inspecting for quality and completeness, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additional responsibilities include packaging, applying routing information and shipping labels, completing carrier documentation, and participating in cross-functional training. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, safety-conscious forklift operation, and the ability to switch between warehouse tasks and hands-on assembly work.
