Operations Associate II - Account Transfers

Job Summary
Provide processing and customer service support for exception-based complex Operations processes. Review, verify, and record data into technology systems supporting department processes. Liaise with customers and other RBC business units to address research questions, problem resolution, or the securing of information. Address escalated questions independently within established procedures; collaborate with Team Lead or Manager as needed. Identify opportunities to reduce risk by suggesting process changes or improvements. Possess strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and a focus on confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access is expected, with prior experience in a financial services context considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experience
- Nice-to-have 4-year degree in business, finance or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Experience in securities, banking or finance industry preferred
