Job Summary
Manage the branch cash vault, serve as the custodian, and ensure ATMs remain stocked and balanced daily. Audit negotiable instruments, cash drawers, and foreign currency logs to enforce compliance and security policies. Review complex new account opening documentation and research cash errors while filing necessary BSA forms. Open deposit accounts, process loans, handle routine account maintenance, and service retail customers through transactions like check cashing and currency exchanges. Maintain safe deposit records and assist customers with box access. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing policy with customer needs and seeking guidance from branch management when policy is unclear.
