Job Summary
Operations Associate at ALO Hyundai Mokdong, responsible for driving store profitability and efficiency through inventory accuracy, visual standards, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations & Visual teams. Key duties include maximizing inventory accuracy, investigating root causes, supporting shipment/receiving/processing and floor set updates, maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor, coordinating with budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring a safe/work-friendly environment, actively moving on the retail floor to meet business needs, executing company-level operations directives, assisting with shipment processing and product flow, and using metrics to support growth strategies. Requires 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational roles, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, mobility for the shift, strong customer service mindset, and readiness to work weekends/holidays (FT 40h or PT30/20h). Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
