Job Summary
Operations Associate drives profitability and efficiency in-store by supporting inventory control, shipment processing, replenishment, floor-set updates, and visual standards. The role collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team, investigates inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager, executes shipment and receiving tasks, maintains stockroom standards, and moves dynamically on the sales floor to meet business needs. Responsibilities include reducing shrink through inventory accuracy, sustaining visual merchandising, leveraging metrics to inform decisions, resolving client needs quickly, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations. The position requires constant movement, capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work the schedule described (full-time; in-store duties with a focus on customer experience and teamwork).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
