Job Summary
Operations Associate at Sephora responsible for supporting daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards. Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to reflect Sephora’s brand. Deliver exceptional client service, help achieve sales goals, promote inclusivity and teamwork, and follow company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. Requires 1-2 years of retail/hospitality or client-focused experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; Full Time typically 30-40 hrs/week with additional scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
