Job Summary
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll be the backbone of the store—supporting smooth, efficient operations that enable an exceptional client experience. You’ll manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards; assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand; deliver exceptional service to meet sales goals; foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture; and uphold Sephora policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in retail/hospitality or client-focused environments, strong organizational and time management skills, quick learning for product knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires flexibility with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers full-time scheduling of 30–40 hours per week with additional flex as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
