Job Summary
Operations Associate responsible for driving profitability and efficiency in a retail store, with duties including inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, shipment/receiving processing, floor replenishment, visual standards, and collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team. Requires movement throughout the store, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a focus on customer service and data-driven decisions to support store goals. Located in New York, NY; full-time role with open availability during peak holiday period.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
