Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Hong Kong

Job Summary
Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink while investigating root causes of issues. Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and daily replenishment. Maintain strong visual standards and champion safe stockroom processes through constant movement between the sales floor and back of house. Resolve client needs quickly, assess business needs, and communicate inventory concerns to support goals. Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging metrics for strategy and execute company-level directives. Work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive profitability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving items of up to approximately 10-15kg, in a safe manner
- Ability to carry out physical duties associated with a retail environment, including bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders where required
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during a shift
- Employees are scheduled to work in accordance with a roster determined by the Company, based on operational requirements. This may include weekends and public holidays.
- Employees are expected to demonstrate flexibility in their availability and support key peak trading periods, promotional events, and seasonal demands as required by the business.
