Operations Associate (Full-Time)

Operations Associate in Hong Kong responsible for driving store profitability and efficiency. Key duties include inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, investigating and root causing inventory issues, supporting shipment/receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management; maintaining visual standards on the sales floor; collaborating with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; ensuring a safe work environment and efficient operation; moving across the retail floor to meet business needs; executing company directives with the Operations & Visual Management team; processing shipment and product flow with focus on visual merchandising and daily replenishment; using metrics to support business-driving strategies; addressing client needs to ensure customer satisfaction; identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs; and performing tasks across the store as needed.
