Job Summary
Operate weigh scales, grain probes, and elevator equipment to load, unload, and blend grain while monitoring flow and bin capacity. Examine grain samples for moisture and contamination, manage aeration fans to prevent mold, and clean bins and boot-pits per OSHA standards. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery, including oil changes, tire repairs, and preventive checks on dryer fans. Assist customers with product loading and resolve service issues, while mowing, weeding, and grading driveways to maintain facility grounds. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including pension, 401(k), and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate elevators, scales, skid-steer, auger, forklift, track mobile, and farm tractors
- Strong customer service and basic math skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations
