Operations Associate

Operate weigh scales, grain probes, and conveyors while examining samples for moisture and contamination. Load and unload grain trucks and rail cars, manage aeration fans, and blend grain to address quality issues. Safely fill nurse tanks, inspect valves and tires, and perform routine maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and elevator equipment. Sweep bins, clean boot-pits, and operate augers and skid-steer loaders to move grain. Greet customers, resolve issues, assist with loading, and maintain shelves and inventory. Mow, weed, spray, remove snow, and grade driveways while complying with OSHA standards. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including pension, 401(k), health coverage, and paid time off.
