Job Summary
Execute end-to-end shipments across all modes including bookings, documentation, and milestone tracking while communicating directly with clients, carriers, and customs teams to maintain accuracy and meet SLAs. Proactively troubleshoot shipment exceptions, design scalable solutions anchored in AI and automation, and build internal tools to reduce manual effort. Work with country leadership and sales teams to align on priorities, champion continuous improvement by fixing broken processes, and leverage AI tools for drafting communications and analyzing data.
