Job Summary
Operations Associate performs general labor and housekeeping in production areas, supports entry-level production tasks, and operates material handling/mobility equipment with a focus on safety and compliance. Responsibilities include observing and reporting conditions that could lead to product nonconformity, operating heavy equipment safely, cleaning and maintaining equipment per MSHA policies, and assisting other workers as needed. The role requires effective verbal and written communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work overtime with rotating shifts in a noisy, dusty production environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written form; perform basic math functions
- Basic computer skills
- Perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions
