Job Summary
Own and deliver operational projects end-to-end across acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, KPI dashboards, and SOP design/adoption; build and optimise scalable processes to support rapid growth; analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement fixes; coordinate across operations, finance, people, and tech teams as well as local teams from acquired agencies; proactively surface risks and blockers and drive them to resolution. Requires a strong degree, 1–2 years in a fast-paced environment, comfort with data analysis, a structured, execution-driven approach, and hands-on AI fluency (utilising LLMs to analyse, draft, automate, and build small tools). Excellent communication in English and a mindset of curiosity, resilience, and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Strong degree from a top university
- 1–2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
