Operations Associate

Operations Associate at CB2 responsible for maintaining an efficient stockroom and supporting the salesfloor. Responsibilities include receiving and processing shipments, curbside and ship-from-store orders, stockroom prep and stock checks, assisting with inventory and merchandising, ensuring loss prevention and safety compliance, and collaborating with the Sales Associates, Visual Merchant, and management to maintain displays and the sales area. The role emphasizes customer service, prioritizes accurate inventory, and supports seasonal floor changes and promotions. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are required.
