Job Summary
As an Operations Associate at CB2, assist the team by maintaining an organized stockroom and supporting the sales floor to ensure timely customer order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and well-presented displays. Responsibilities include receiving and processing shipments, handling curbside and ship-from-store orders, inventory readiness, stock checks, greeting customers, addressing questions, collaborating with the Visual Merchant and management on floor changes, and communicating receipt of merchandise and any shortages or overages. Strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with store systems, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates
- Good reading and written language skills (English), strong communication skills
- Basic arithmetic
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Engage in and support store safety standards and training
