Job Summary
Contract-to-Hire Cleanroom Operations Associate supports manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device environment. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, operating automated machinery, assembling and packaging medical devices, assisting with shutdowns and operational events, supporting engineering with troubleshooting and process improvements, maintaining product integrity and traceability through accurate documentation of Manufacturing Orders, completing and maintaining regulatory batch records, following Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, maintaining a safe work environment in a regulated setting, and assisting with cleanroom inventory control. Requires detail-oriented, independent work, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and willingness to work in a cleanroom with appropriate PPE. Previous cleanroom and medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured procedures and work instructions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with required garments and PPE
- 2+ years in production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Cleanroom experience preferred
