Job Summary
Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online pickup in store. Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory, perform assigned inventory duties, and execute accurate stock checks while maintaining an organized environment. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring product and displays are stocked appropriately for customers. Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and engage in suggestive selling to drive sales. Maintain store safety standards, support loss prevention and security protocols, and communicate applicable promotions and loyalty programs. Lead by example in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates
- Good reading and written language skills (English)
