Job Summary
Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online pickup in store. Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory, perform assigned inventory duties, and execute accurate stock checks to maintain an organized environment. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring displays are stocked appropriately and available for purchase. Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales. Maintain store safety standards, support loss prevention, and uphold company policies while collaborating with the store team to ensure operational excellence.
