Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to customers to request feedback and reviews for products or services, addressing concerns and answering queries regarding the review process. Encourage customers to share honest ratings on various platforms while documenting and tracking all feedback accurately in the CRM system. Identify potential issues or complaints to escalate them for resolution and follow up with interested customers who have not yet left a review. Analyze trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for review calls and engagement. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English

- South Languages
- 2-3 years
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role
