Operations Associate at ALO Seoul stores, responsible for maximizing inventory accuracy, reducing shrink, and supporting overall store operations in collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager. Key duties include executing inventory management processes, investigating and addressing inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager, supporting shipment/receiving/processing, floor set updates, replenishment, visual standards, and ensuring safe, efficient operation through strong stockroom processes. The role requires active movement on the sales floor, cross-functional collaboration across reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities, and contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth through data-driven insights and proactive service. The position involves working shifts including weekends/holidays, and requires 30+ hours per week across 4-5 days, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and adherence to ALO’s principles.
